As Director for Energy & Quebec, Audrey brings deep expertise in clean energy, transportation policy, and stakeholder engagement to help clients navigate evolving policy landscapes and advance their goals.
Audrey has successfully led policy and business development initiatives in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining Sussex, she served as Managing Advisor, Public Policy and Business Development at Tesla, where she advocated for key policies to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption across Canada, remove barriers to expand EV charging networks, and make battery recovery and recycling more accessible.
A recognized leader in the clean energy space, Audrey is a passionate advocate for electromobility and a former board member of the Association des Véhicules Électriques du Québec (AVEQ). She served as a Municipal Councillor for Terrasse-Vaudreuil, where she led energy efficiency initiatives and community-based projects. Earlier in her career, Audrey was the National Manager of the Canadian branch of former U.S. Vice President Al Gore’s foundation, The Climate Reality Project. Her leadership and impact in the climate space earned her a Clean50 Emerging Leader award in 2015.
Audrey holds a graduate degree in Environmental Management from Sherbrooke University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Concordia University. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was recently named one of The PEAK’s Emerging Leaders for 2024.
Outside of work, Audrey is a hiker, skier, kayaker and paddleboarder. You'll find her on a mountain or lake with her husband and their incredibly spoiled dog.
