As a Brand Strategist and UX Designer, Hugh brings clients’ visions to life by creating meaningful and effective solutions in the areas of strategic research, brand design, and UX design.
Throughout his time with Sussex, he has designed and implemented many advocacy platforms and tools that have empowered people to raise their voices and effect positive change.
Prior to Sussex, Hugh cultivated his skills by working with clients in diverse sectors, including education, start-ups, and non-profit organizations. Through his expertise, he has created exceptional experiences and contributed to driving business growth and change. Hugh's ability to understand the unique digital and design needs of different sectors allows him to provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
Hugh holds a degree from OCAD University, and his work has garnered recognition with honors, including an honorable mention as the Awwwards Site of the Day. Further to that, his artistic talent has been celebrated through the display of his work in prestigious art exhibitions across North America, showcasing his creativity and innovative approach in the field.
Outside of work, Hugh is passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is constantly seeking new opportunities to stay at the forefront of innovation.
