Sadaf has developed extensive experience through leadership roles she has held in the public and private sectors, at not-for-profit organizations and in government.
Through her knowledge of the regulatory and legislative processes, Sadaf has supported a wide and diverse array of clients and organizations in successfully influencing and shaping government policy. Most recently, Sadaf worked at a boutique government relations firm where she managed government relations initiatives on behalf of clients, particularly in the health care, pharmaceutical and financial technologies sectors. Prior to this, Sadaf worked at the Ontario Medical Association, where she supported the association’s government relations and advocacy efforts and served at Toronto City Hall in the office of Councillor and Budget Chief Gary Crawford, where she gained a comprehensive knowledge of the City’s complex decision-making processes.
Sadaf has been active on numerous municipal and provincial election campaigns, where she has provided policy and outreach strategies to conservative candidates. She understands the importance of grassroots initiatives and how to develop them to advance initiatives in the public and political sectors.
Sadaf holds an Honours BA in International Relations and Global Development from Ryerson University and Freie Universitat Berlin. She is an active volunteer, holds various board positions and is involved in numerous community initiatives. As an avid runner, Sadaf frequently participates in marathons and other sporting events as a personal challenge.
