Her exceptional public policy and project management expertise derive from her experience as Chief Executive Officer of the NATO Research Group at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. For two years, she led a team of 50, driving the critical conversation on geopolitical matters of national security, international cooperation, and multilateral diplomacy. This experience shaped her deep understanding of Canada’s role on the international stage and the national economic growth potential within the agricultural, critical minerals and natural resources sectors.

Her passion for the game extends beyond the field as she works with the governing body and several clubs across Canada to promote female youth empowerment. Her advocacy centers on the role of sports for young athletes to develop exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities, time management, and problem-solving skills that will follow them throughout their academic and professional careers.
Outside of work, Vienna is a fan of the classical arts and the National Ballet of Canada.
