iPolitics: Expect more money and more decision-makers in health care now

The recently announced NDP-Liberal supply-and-confidence agreement allows the Liberals to move forward without fear of their minority government collapsing before 2025, while at the same time inoculating themselves from Conservative criticism.

The NDP, currently the fourth party in the House of Commons, has found a way to advance some of its priorities and instigate the biggest changes to Canada’s health care system in generations.

Tommy Douglas would be proud.
